A 班（初學者）▼

  • 完全沒有滑雪／滑雪板經驗

  • 幾乎沒有經驗，或只體驗過一次

  • 希望從器材的使用方式、如何站起來等基礎開始學習


B 班（初級）▼

  • 可以自行搭乘纜車

  • 能在平緩的坡道上停止與轉彎

  • 偶爾會跌倒，但可以自行滑行下坡

滑雪（Ski）：

  • 可以使用犁式（Snowplow）穩定滑行

滑雪板（Snowboard）：

  • 可以使用落葉飄（Falling Leaf）方式滑行


C 班（中級）▼

  • 能夠輕鬆滑行中級坡道

  • 可透過連續轉彎良好控制速度

  • 能不中途停下完成較長距離的滑行

滑雪（Ski）：

  • 可以穩定、自信地進行平行轉彎

滑雪板（Snowboard）：

  • 能以連續轉彎順暢滑行整個坡道
     

D 班（高級）▼

  • 能滑行陡坡及不平整地形

  • 目標為提升技巧（如刻滑、地形運用等）

  • 了解自身課題，希望透過課程進一步精進

  • Able to ski/ride on steep slopes and uneven terrain

  • Focused on skill progression (carving techniques, terrain features, etc.)

  • Lessons tailored to identify individual challenges and improve performance

  • Designed for experienced and skill-focused riders

  • Able to ski/ride comfortably on intermediate slopes

  • Can maintain good speed control through continuous turns

  • Able to ski/ride long runs without stopping

  • Ski: Confident in parallel turns / Snowboard: Able to descend using continuous turns

  • Able to ride the lift independently

  • Can stop and turn on gentle slopes

  • May fall occasionally, but can descend independently

  • Ski: Able to ski stably using the snowplow (plow) technique / Snowboard: Able to ride using the falling leaf technique

  • Complete beginner in skiing/snowboarding

  • Little to no experience, or has only tried it once

  • Wants to learn from the basics, including how to use the equipment and how to stand up
